WHAT IS THE COST TO SCHOOLS?
As a smaller recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on highly competitive fees for our schools. We constantly review our fees to ensure we remain this way. Fees also vary depending on temporary or permanent contract assignments.

Most schools prefer to start with a temporary contract, providing flexibility for the staffing need, and then move to a permanent contract once they are happy with the candidate and have a permanent position available.

We specialise in supporting SEN schools. That's because our strengths are in finding candidates who have the empathy and interaction that is needed to effectively support young people with high levels of need.
We ensure that candidates applying to work with young people with additional educational needs are the right fit for your school and for your young people.
What does an introduction meeting involve?
We would arrange a time for us to come and meet you at your school for 30 minutes (we know how busy you are!). During this time we would want to understand the role you are looking to fill and the values and skills of the ideal candidate.
We would take you through the process of how we find great candidates for you to interview, the fees involved and the optimum timeline for your school.
